Right of Return
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Return via Email
- Send an email to gentechz@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Print the return label (if provided) and attach it to your package.
- Drop off the parcel at your local shipping point.
Please ensure the product is returned unused, undamaged, and – where reasonably possible – in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. In such cases, please contact us before returning the product so we can provide an appropriate solution.
